The loop

Around once, you learn. Around every year, you win.

The whole thing is one small loop. The more times you go around it, the clearer your picture gets — and the earlier, easier, cheaper every fix becomes.

  1. Acquire

Bring your results together — type them in or import a file. Every marker becomes one running timeline instead of a drawer of PDFs.

  2. Exhibit

See each marker laid against the healthy range that’s actually yours — your age, your history — not the single wide band on the printout.

  3. Watch

Anthrovium flags markers drifting toward the edge long before they cross a line, so you catch the change while it’s still small.

  4. Act — with your doctor

Draft a plan of small changes and take a clean summary to your GP. They review and approve; you stay in control, your doctor stays in the loop.

  5. Prove

Re-test and read the difference on the same timeline. Did it work? Now you know — and the next loop starts a little wiser.

The first loop starts with a drawer full of PDFs.
